A La Carte Services

Each of these services is billed at $30/hour.

• Business Paperwork & Licensing: Assist with the necessary paperwork and filing for registering your business, including obtaining any required licenses.

• Google for Business Profile Setup: Set up or optimize your Google My Business profile to improve local search rankings.

• Yelp Profile Setup: Create and optimize your Yelp profile to increase business visibility and attract customers.

• Email Handling: Organize and respond to emails on your behalf, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.

• Appointment Scheduling: Manage your calendar and ensure all appointments are set and organized.

• Document Preparation: Prepare and format business documents, reports, presentations, and other materials.

• Data Entry: Accurately input and update information into your system or database.

• Task Management: Help you organize, track, and manage tasks to meet deadlines and ensure everything gets done on time.

• Client Follow-ups: Reach out to clients post-meetings or purchases to maintain communication and build relationships.

• All services must be conducted within The Solution Studio's business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 2 PM).

• Additional fees may apply for platform fees or upgrades (Google, Yelp, etc.).

• Any work exceeding the hours specified in packages will be billed at $30 per hour.

• Contact us for custom package options if your needs fall outside the above.

For tasks that take less than one hour, we have a minimum billing structure to ensure efficient use of time and resources. These short tasks are billed as follows:

​

• Minimum Charge: Any task under 1 hour will be rounded up and billed for a full hour at the standard rate of $30.

• Time Tracking: All work will be tracked accurately, and you will only be billed for the time spent, up to a maximum of one hour for tasks that take less than 60 minutes.

• Multiple Short Tasks: If multiple small tasks are requested within a single day, we will consolidate the time spent   and may offer a bundled rate if the total time does not exceed one hour.
